10. Motion to approve the work session meeting minutes from October 17, 2024 and the regular meeting minutes from October 24, 2024.
11. Motion to approve a Resolution to Formalize the Increasing of Fees for Waste and Recycling Collection Services in Freeland Borough, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. *This is enacting the fees established at the December 2023 Budget Meeting
