- Motion to advertise the Ordinance Designating Pennsylvania Municipal Service Company as the collector for delinquent garbage and stormwater fees imposing on delinquent ratepayers the obligation to pay reasonable costs incurred by the delinquent fee collector for collection of delinquent fees, penalties, and interest.
- Stormwater and garbage bills will be mailed by the end of next week.
- Motion to approve Anthracite Waste’s request to change the East Side collection to Tuesdays
- Motion to approve a mutually and continually renewable yearly option to extend the contract with Anthracite Waste with 0% – 4.50% increase based off the national Consumer Price Index.

- Motion to advertise for part-time Police Officers
- Motion to approve Mitchell Muir’s request for vacation From July 21st through July 28th.
- Flock camera system trial includes 10 cameras for a period of 90 days. Prior to the end of the trial, the borough will need to decide how many cameras to keep. The fee per camera would be $3,000 annually. Installation is $150.00 per camera for a cost of $1,500.00 for the setup of the trial.
- Motion to enter into FLOCK Camera System agreement for a 90-day trial period.
- Motion to approve Flock Safety to install the camera poles without permits.
- Motion to approve the purchase CVSA device, software, and training in the amount of $9,995.00

- Landscape stone prices range from $48/ton for grey 2B to $130/ton for crushed red brick. We do not have an estimate as of yet for the amount of material needed to replace the mulch.
